1. Trial period
The 3-day trial is free and does not require payment, so refunds do not apply.
2. Monthly plan
- Cancellation can be requested anytime.
- Service remains active until the end of the paid cycle unless local law requires otherwise.
- Partial-month refunds are handled according to your payment processor policy and local law.
3. Lifetime plan
- Optional 14-day satisfaction guarantee (recommended in EU, confirm final policy).
- Refund requests after that period may be rejected unless required by law.
4. Exceptions
Refunds can be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious Terms violations.
5. How to request a refund

6. Processing time
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds usually settle in 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
